Etiquette for visitors
- Walk around the temple clockwise, in the direction of the sun.
- Remove your hat when entering the temple hall and keep quiet during prayers.
- Avoid pointing your feet or your finger towards Buddha images and sacred objects.
- Ask the lamas for permission before taking photos or recording.
- Make offerings respectfully, with clean and fresh items.
- Dress modestly and politely, and try not to arrive or leave in the middle of a prayer or ceremony.

Frequently asked questions
When are the offerings recited?
Paid offerings are recited during the monastery's daily prayers. When the status of your order changes to “Completed”, it has been recited.
How do I say whose name the prayer is for?
When making an offering, write the name and year of birth in the “On whose behalf / request” field. You can list several names in one order.
How do I pay?
Online, by QR code or banking app. Scan the QR code with a banking app such as Khan Bank, Golomt, TDB or XacBank, or with the QPay wallet. The invoice is valid for 10 minutes.
How do I check my order?
On the “Check an order” page, enter your order code (ORD-…) and the phone number you gave when paying.
I paid, but my order still shows “Pending”. What should I do?
Bank confirmation sometimes takes a few minutes. If it takes longer than 15 minutes, please contact us — and keep your payment receipt.
Can I place an order in person at the monastery?
Yes. You can make your offering at the monastery's kiosk screen or by approaching the lamas directly. See the opening hours below.
