I paid, but my order still shows “Pending”
Bank confirmation can take a few minutes. If it takes longer than 15 minutes, please send us a message with your order code and payment receipt.
Who recites the offerings, and when?
Paid offerings are recited by the monastery's lamas during the daily prayers. When the status of your order changes to “Completed”, it has been recited.
Can I get an astrology consultation?
Yes. Write your year of birth and your question in the message — we will call you back.
